Consultation Polyclinic is located: 38 Smėlynės str., which provides early rehabilitation of childhood developmental disorders, day inpatient and counselling of children and adolescent psychiatry, and 6 A. Jakšto str., which provides outpatient and tertiary care services for secondary and tertiary level specialists and conducts preventive health checks.
For persons covered by compulsory health insurance and who have a family doctors or other personal health care institution a referral /“sending” document, healthcare is provided free of charge. Free and necessary assistance services are provided, in accordance with the extent of the provision of necessary assistance approved by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Lithuania.
Persons who do not have compulsory health insurance and who do not have a family doctors or other personal health care institution a referral /“sending” document, who want advice or examination from a specialist doctor, and who do not have a referral/ “sending” document, as well as persons who have declared departure from Lithuania, are provided with paid healthcare.
The work of Consultation Polyclinic is organized so that the patient enters the necessary doctor as soon as possible. You may have to wait longer to get to a doctor in demand or preferred medical specialist.
Three ways of patient convenience are recorded: online esveikata.lt, or telephone no. +370 45 50 72 62, +370 45 50 71 09, +370 633 48054, +370 682 43673, +370 613 35684 as well as upon arrival at the Consultation Polyclinic reception. Re-visit is recorded in the doctor's specialist's office. At the patient's request, paid services are registered in general order. After paying the price set by the hospital director's order to the Cashroom of the Consultation Polyclinic, the patient receive a paid health care service.
Arrived at the Consultation Polyclinic, the person must present his/her identity card.
After registering for a visit, but for reasons of interest, the patient is unable to enter the reception, please inform the reception by phone no. +370 45 50 71 36, by e-mail: poliklinika@panevezioligonine.lt or directly to a specialist doctor, who gives his place to another patient.

The Consultation Polyclinic is open from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 am. to 8:00 pm.
